La Villa
Surrounded by gorgeous, terraced gardens, the Villa has an astonishing view of the Amalfi Coast, the first feelings upon your arrival are of privacy and quietness.
The property is 15-20 minutes away from the center of Positano, easily reachable on foot with a comfortable walk.
From the private dock you can take a water taxi to get to the main beach. On the main road just in front of the main gate there is the shuttle stop that can take you to the center of the town
Arriving by car from the state road, three parking spaces are available, from which you can walk down towards the Villa with a tree-lined descent full of emotions that lead to the heart of the property.
The central body of the Villa is spread over two floors, on the ground floor we find a large dining room, a spacious living room, and a TV area all full conditioned.
From there you access the patio with its olive garden and sea view, the real heart of the living area.
A spacious fully equipped kitchen with a suggestive sea view and a courtesy bathroom for guests complete the ground floor.
Climbing up the staircase that starts from the living room we arrive at the upper floor which houses the sleeping area: four double bedrooms with sea view, each with a private bathroom. Three of the four share access to a shaded terrace with a view on the gardens and the Amalfi Coast.
In the elegant garden in front of the central body we find a large dining area equipped with a wood-burning oven and a barbecue and a sofa area surrounded by olive trees, to experience unique moments enjoying the wonderful view of the Amalfi Coast. In a sunny garden of fragrant spices typical of the area, guests will find a hydromassage area designed to enjoy the extraordinary view in total relaxation.
The sea below the house, an absolute privilege, reachable by a private descent and for the exclusive use of guests who will have at their disposal a partially shaded cliff equipped with sun loungers and shower. The comfort of this cliff with Mediterranean charm will allow you to experience unforgettable days at the seaside.
