In order to confirm a reservation an Advance Payment of 30% of the full amount is required if the booking is made more than 120 days before check-in.
The remaining 70% of the full amount is required to be paid not later than 120 days before the check-in date.
If booking is made after 120 days from the check-in date 100% must be paid.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of €1.000 is required to be paid within 15 days prior to arrival.
The security deposit will be released within 5 business days after check-out if no damages has occurred during the stay.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If for any reason a reservation is cancelled:
Within 120 days from the check-in date 0% penalty is applied, and the Advance Payment is reimbursed.
After 120 days 100% penalty is applied, and no refund will be made.
If the Final Payment doesn’t occur within the Due Date the reservation is being considered cancelled and 100% penalty is applied to all the deposit made.
Amount paid for Additional Services are subject to 100% penalty and will not be reimbursed.
